Bridgeway recognizes the need to support our communities and to restore a behavioral health system of care that has been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic but we need the help of Qualified Mental Health Practitioners (QMHP) with a graduate degree (MA/MS) in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or related services field. One year of direct care experience working with persons with disabilities and/or having behavioral health needs is preferred.

Selected candidate will provide community outreach and care coordination services for a caseload of individuals with serious emotional disturbances (SED), serious mental illness (SMI) and individuals with SMI or SED and substance use disorders, referred to as co-occurring disorders (COD). Position will provide mental health support to a wide range of people who have been adversely impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic supporting them to lead lives of quality and purpose in the community. The position will have a strong focus on serving people living in poverty, minority and marginalized populations, youth transitioning out of high school, current and past military members and those involved in the criminal justice system.
